Whale and dolphin watching

Whale and dolphin spotting are popular excursions.
Just a short trip off shore the ocean floor rapidly drop very deep, and it soon reaches a depth of more than 4,000 meters. Here the great whales can be seen all year round. Groups of sperm whales are quite common and on occasions the mighty fin whale is seen in groups of up to ten. Also, large groups of pilot whales are common throughout the year.

On almost all trips, the boats will be followed by different types of Dolphins, just playing like dogs around you.

Big sea water turtles are also found, often sleeping and lying like floating rocks.
